Step 1 – Documentation

Document Submission: Kindly submit your documents through WhatsApp, email, or online form for drafting.

Required Documents: For Owner – AADHAR & PAN, Tenant – AADHAR, 2Witnesss – AADHAR. Rented Property- Index II / Electricity Bill. In case of a power of attorney: POA copy & POA holder aadhar.

Our executive will visit your location with a biometric device and webcam. During the agreement signing, both parties (Owner & Tenant) should be present, along with two additional witnesses. The entire process typically takes no more than 15-20 minutes.
