1. Cancellation before Govt. Fees payment and Biometric Verification: If you have made payment for your upcoming rent agreement but need to cancel it before our team visits you for biometric verification and before we made a Govt. fees, in that case you are eligible for a full refund. Refunds will be processed from our side within 3 working days of your cancellation request.
  • Cancellation after Biometric Verification: We understand that circumstances may change, and you may decide not to proceed with the registration of your rent agreement after undergoing the biometric verification process but before document submission. In such cases, refunds are not applicable. However, we will provide you with the necessary documentation, including your stamp and registration challan copy, enabling you to proceed with the registration at a later time, either through our services or with any other service provider. Please note that the challan has a validity period of four months from its date of issuance. Should you decide to proceed with us, you will only need to pay the visit fee.
  • Cancellation before Govt. Fees payment but after Biometric Verification: In the event that you need to cancel your appointment after paying the government fees, you will be responsible for arranging the refund of the Govt. fees. This may involve a physical visit to the Pune IGR department. Refunds for cancelled appointments will not be facilitated by www.punerentagreement.in however we will refund our service fee within 3 working days.
